詳細なヒアリングを行います。
拘りがある、拘って欲しい細部があれば細かく記載する、又は参考画像をご用意ください2ND ラフ画
ラフ画は軽いタッチで描き、イメージの確認と了承を得た時点で制作に移ります。
ラフのイメージを元に作るので気になる点は仰って下さるとスムーズに進みます。3RD 顔+前髪
顔と前髪の完成後に一度ご確認いただきます（リテイクは2回まで無料で可能、大幅な変更の場合（作りなおさなきゃいけない等）追加料金が発生します4TH 衣装+後ろ髪
衣装と後頭部製作（髪の毛と服が被るのを防止するため）

の流れになります。
ラフ画の段階ではリテイクは無制限、最終確認時のリテイクは1回となります
1ST Consultation
Detailed consultation will be conducted. Please make sure to have detailed files ready for the Character.2ND Rough sketch
Rough sketches will be drawn with a light touch, and once the image is confirmed and approved, I will proceed with production.3RD Face+front hair
After the completion of the face and front hair, you will be asked to confirm once I get confirmed I will start on the body + Back hair. (up to 2 fixes are free, significant changes or add more fix will be charged extra).4TH Body+back hair
I will proceed to start on back hair and outfit at same time
After the back hair is done, i will ask you to check and confirm( 1 fix will be free)5TH Final confirmation
One final 1 free fix is allowed within reasonable limits.LAST
After confirmation, the finished product will be delivered (estimated delivery time: 1 month to 1.5 months).※ A total of 4 fixes are free. adding more fixes will be charged.
For clothing orders, the process will be:
consultation → rough sketch → final confirmation → delivery.
Unlimited revisions are allowed during the rough sketch stage,
one revision is allowed at the final confirmation stage.

実績等やイラストの雰囲気を見て頂いてそれでもBIANCAに頼みたい！と思っていただけた上でのご依頼お待ちしております。
◆版権、著作権に抵触するもののご依頼はお受けいたしかねます。
◆Vroidの素体と大きくかけ離れたモデルは制作できません
◆素体の服装とかけ離れた服装は制作できません
◆武器など手に持つものは制作できません
◆制作事例として動画、写真、配信などで制作過程など紹介させて頂くことがあります
モデルの制作が完了した際には、クライアント様による公開後に、実績として掲載させていただきます。プロジェクトの機密保持が必要な場合や、公開予定日がある場合は事前にお知らせください。
◆著作権につきましてはご自分でVTuberやキャラクターとしてお使いいただく上で基本的に制限はございません。
【デザイン持ち込みについて】
デザインをお持ち込みいただく際は、詳細な三面図（正面・側面・背面）のご用意をお願いいたします。
また、特殊な形状の衣類、模様、タトゥーなどが含まれる場合は、それぞれ別途詳細な説明を添えていただけると大変助かります。
こちらにお任せいただく形でも問題ございませんが、完成後に「イメージと違った」等の理由による修正はお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。なお、三面図がない場合は、内容によって追加料金をいただく場合がございます。【お願い】

Before Ordering Vroid Models
◆Original Design: Please note that the Vroid models are created by me, BIANCA.
Therefore, requests to make models identical to existing designs cannot be accommodated. I appreciate your interest if you like my style and previous works.◆Copyright Compliance: Requests that infringe upon existing copyrights or trademarks cannot be accepted.◆Model Specifications: Models that significantly deviate from the Vroid base model cannot be created.◆Costume Specifications: Outfits that significantly differ from the base outfit cannot be created.◆Weapons and Accessories: We cannot create weapons or other hand-held items.◆Showcasing Work: The creation process may be showcased in videos, photos, or live streams as part of our portfolio. Once the model is complete, it will be included in our portfolio after the client has publicly revealed it. If confidentiality is required or if there is a planned release date, please inform us in advance.◆Usage Rights: You are free to use the created model for your VTuber or character without any basic restrictions.
【About Submitting Your Own Design】
When submitting your own design, please provide a detailed three-view reference (front, side, and back views).
If the design includes unique clothing shapes, patterns, tattoos, or other distinctive elements, it would be greatly appreciated if you could include additional detailed descriptions for each part.You are also welcome to leave the design details to us. However, please note that we cannot accommodate any revision requests based on differences from your imagined result once the work is completed.Please also note that if no three-view reference is provided, additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.【Important Notes】
■ Regarding Cancellations
Cancellation fees will be applied based on the progress of the work:Cancellation during the rough sketch stage: 50% of the total feeCancellation during the facial design stage: 80% of the total feeCancellation after this stage: 100% of the total feePlease also note that we do not offer refunds after the quotation has been accepted and the purchase has been made.■ Regarding Communication
Response times may vary depending on the delivery schedule, but for projects with a delivery time of one month or less, we kindly ask that you respond within 3 days.Regardless of the deadline, if we do not receive a response for more than one week, we will consider the project canceled.

納品後の１年間内のファイルのパーフェクトシンク調整は、３回まで無料で対応させていただきます！
例えば、シーズナル衣装をBoothなどで購入してお着替えされる際に、パーフェクトシンクが外れてしまっても、ご安心ください。※このタイミングでの修正は可能ですが、大幅な変更となる場合は追加料金をいただくことがございますので、ご了承ください
※4回目以降は、1回につき3,000円の追加料金を頂戴いたします。よろしくお願いいたします。
パーフェクトシンクについて現在、VRoid Studioではパーフェクトシンクに対応していないため、別のアプリケーションで追加作業が必要です。オプションでVRoidファイルとパーフェクトシンクをご購入いただいた場合、納品内容は以下の2点になります。①VRoidファイル（パーフェクトシンク適用前のファイル。基本的な表情設定は完了しています：喜怒哀楽など）
②パーフェクトシンクが適用されたVRMファイルその後、VRoid Studio内でお客様が衣装変更などを行い、エクスポートしたVRMファイルはパーフェクトシンクが適用されない状態になりますのでご注意ください。
エクスポートしたVRMデータをお送りいただければ、納品してから1年間、3回まで無料でパーフェクトシンクを適用いたします。ぜひお気軽にご相談ください！また、VRoidやUnityに不慣れな場合、手順が少し分かりにくいことがあるかもしれません。その際は、可能な限り詳しくご説明させていただきますので、どうぞご安心ください。
What software should I use when moving Vroid?

I will apply Perfect Sync for free up to three times within one year after delivery.
For example, if you purchase a seasonal outfit from Booth or other platforms and want to change outfits, but the Perfect Sync is no longer working, don’t worry—I've got you covered.*Please note that while adjustments can be made at this stage, if significant changes are required, there may be additional charges. Thank you for your understanding.
*After the 4 free adjustments, a fee of ¥3,000 will be charged per adjustment.
About Perfect SyncCurrently, VRoid Studio does not support Perfect Sync, so additional work needs to be done using other applications. If you purchase the VRoid file and Perfect Sync as an option, the delivered items will include the following two files:VRoid file (before Perfect Sync is applied; basic facial expressions like joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure are already set)
VRM file with Perfect Sync applied
Please note that if you make any changes to the outfit or export a new VRM file from VRoid Studio, it will not have Perfect Sync applied.
If you send me the exported VRM data, I will apply Perfect Sync for free up to three times within one year after delivery. Feel free to contact me anytime!If you're not familiar with VRoid or Unity, some steps might seem a bit confusing. In that case, I’ll be happy to explain the process in detail to the best of my ability, so please don't hesitate to ask!

商用、非商用を問わず利用可能です。
編集データを購入された方は、衣装の変更や頭部への飾り、アクセサリーの装着および改変を許可します。
VRC持ち込みなど、モデル形式の改変を許可します。
顔の改変は禁止です（撮影した画像に対して描き足す等は可）
サムネイル作成時に、モデルの縦横比を変えて引き延ばすなど、モデルのクオリティを損なう行為は禁止です。
過度なR-18や暴力的なコンテンツでの使用には、著作権の購入が必要になります。
.pmx形式への変換を許可します。
使用用途に不安がある場合は、別途お問い合わせください。
企業に所属し、企業側に収益が発生する場合は、著作権の購入が必要です。
モデラーの名前（BIANCA）をTwitterプロフィール、配信動画の概要欄、またはチャンネル概要のいずれかに記載してください。
他者を貶める行為、攻撃的なコンテンツ、公序良俗に反する用途、トラブルなどでモデルのイメージを損なう活動が認められた場合、モデルの使用を停止することがあります。
政治的な発言を行うアカウントやコンテンツでの使用は禁止です。
自作したと誤認させる発言や表現を禁止します。
モデルデータの二次配布や譲渡は禁止します。
モデルデータの転売行為は禁止します。
公序良俗に反する目的での利用、素材のイメージを損なうような攻撃的・差別的・性的・過激な利用、反社会的勢力や違法行為に関わる利用を禁止します
利用規約違反とみなした場合はモデル仕様を停止していただきます。
上記の利用規約違反が認められた場合、モデルの使用を停止させていただきます。
Commercial and non-commercial use is allowed.
Customers who have purchased the editable data are permitted to modify the clothing, add decorations to the head, and attach or modify accessories.
Modifications to the model format for use in VRC are allowed.
Altering the face is prohibited (adding drawings to captured images is permitted).
When creating thumbnails, actions that distort the model’s aspect ratio and degrade the quality of the model are prohibited.
The use of the model in excessive R-18 or violent content requires the purchase of copyright.
Conversion to .pmx format is allowed.
If you have any concerns about the intended use, please contact us separately.
If you belong to a company and the company generates revenue, the purchase of copyright is required.
Please include the modeler’s name (BIANCA) in your Twitter profile, the description of distribution videos, or the channel description.
If activities are recognized that damage the image of the model, such as acts of defamation, aggressive content, uses contrary to public order and morals, or trouble, the use of the model may be stopped.
The use of the model by accounts or content that make political statements is prohibited.
Statements or expressions that falsely imply you created the model are prohibited.
Redistribution or transfer of the model data is prohibited.
Reselling the model data is prohibited.
The use of the model for purposes contrary to public order and morals, or in a manner that damages the image of the material, including aggressive, discriminatory, sexual, or extreme uses, as well as any association with antisocial forces or illegal activities, is prohibited.
If any violation of the terms of use is deemed to have occurred, the use of the model will be suspended.
著作権ご購入者様向け利用規約 Usage Terms for Copyright Holders
・著作権譲渡後は、本モデルのデータを第三者に共有・譲渡を許可します。
・R-18コンテンツや暴力的表現を含む作品への利用も、著作権譲渡後は制限いたしません。
・本モデルは譲渡後、衣装変更や構造の変更、他モデルとの合成など、自由な改変を行っていただけます。
・モデル制作者（BIANCA）の名前表記は、著作権譲渡後は必須ではなく、任意とさせていただきます。
・著作権譲渡後も、著作者人格権はBIANCAが保持いたします。
ただし、ポートフォリオ・実績公開を除いて、人格権の行使（使用制限・名前表示の強制など）は行いません。
・著作権譲渡後は、いかなる事由（炎上・評判等）によっても、モデルの使用を制限・停止することはいたしません。
・著作権譲渡後、本モデルを利用した収益活動（配信、動画投稿、グッズ制作など）も自由に行っていただけます。禁止事項
以下のような利用については、譲渡後であってもご遠慮いただいております：
- 他人へのなりすましや虚偽の権利表示
- 公序良俗に反する行為や違法行為を助長する使用
